🛒 How do I place an order?

You can easily place an order by browsing the Aush Originals collection, selecting your preferred item, size, and color, and clicking “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, go to your cart and click “Checkout.” Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

✏️ Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

We process orders quickly at Aush Originals to ensure fast shipping, so changes or cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of placing your order. Please contact our customer support team immediately by calling +91 81003 27659 or emailing aushoriginalscare@gmail.com with your order details. After this window, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

At Aush Originals, we accept a variety of secure payment methods for your convenience:

  1. Debit and credit cards issued in India (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
  2. UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  3. Net banking with major Indian banks
  4. Popular digital wallets (Paytm Wallet, PhonePe Wallet, Amazon Pay, etc.)

    We do not currently accept American Express cards or international payment methods.

⏳ How long will it take to receive my order?

At Aush Originals, we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location:

  1. Metro cities near our warehouse: 2–3 business days after dispatch
  2. Outskirts or non-urban areas: 6–8 business days after dispatch

During sale periods, delivery times may be slightly longer. You can check the estimated delivery time for your specific product during checkout. We currently ship only within India.

📦 How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, Aush Originals will send you an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and visiting the “My Orders” section.

🚚 Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Aush Originals offers free standard shipping on all domestic orders over ₹1,000. For orders below ₹1,000, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

🌏 Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Aush Originals ships only within India. We hope to expand internationally in the future—stay tuned for updates!

📨 What should I do if my package is delayed, lost, or damaged?

If your tracking shows a delay or you haven’t received your package within the estimated time, please contact Aush Originals immediately by calling +91 81003 27659 or emailing aushoriginalscare@gmail.com. We’ll work with the courier to locate your package. If your package arrives damaged, email us photos of the package and items within 48 hours so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

Returns & Exchanges FAQs

🔁 What is your return and exchange policy?

At Aush Originals, we want you to love what you wear! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
For exchanges, you must place your request within 7 days of receiving your order.

📥 How do I start a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact Aush Originals by emailing aushoriginalscare@gmail.com or calling +91 81003 27659 with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason. Our customer support team will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.

💰 Are returns free?

At Aush Originals, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free:
  1. Free Returns for Incorrect or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, the wrong size, or an incorrect color, we take full responsibility. In such cases, return shipping is completely free of cost, and we will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no extra charge.
  2. Returns Due to Personal Preference: If the product you receive matches your order but you wish to return or exchange it because it didn’t meet your personal expectations or you no longer wish to keep it, a return shipping fee of ₹100 will apply. This amount will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed.

⏱️ How long does it take to process a return or refund?

Once your returned item reaches us and passes our quality check, refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges will be dispatched within 2–4 business days after we receive the returned item.

🚨 What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience! If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email aushoriginalscare@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery or call us at +91 81003 27659. We’ll arrange a replacement or process a full refund at no extra cost.

🏷️ Can I return sale or discounted items?

Sale or discounted items purchased during promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account with Aush Originals makes it easy to track your orders, save your shipping details for faster checkout, and view your order history.
