RETURN/EXCHANGE

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY?

Customers can exchange/return their order within 7 days after an order has been delivered.

• RETURN - returns will be picked up from the same delivered address and will charge ₹99. It will be automatically deducted from your actual payment and the refund will be initiated. Feel free to try on a product but all we ask is that the product remains unused and is preserved in its original condition along with the tags and packaging in case a seal tag is received with the item. Ensure that it remains attached and intact with the product to avoid any Hazel in the event of return or exchange.

( Returns/exchange won't be acceptable if the tag is not intact with the product sent with its original packaging )

• Exchange is only applicable for: 

  • wrong/damaged product recieved
  • Not satisfied by the product
  • Size exchange

Once the order gets delivered you can place refund/return request by clicking on the Create return/exchange link on website along with that please be noted ₹99 will be charge for both return or exchange. Else you can contact us on 8100327659 or email us at aushoriginalscare@gmail.com   

 
At AUSH, we want to ensure a smooth exchange process for you.
As we rely on trusted delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc. for exchange, our delivery partners charge us for both the reverse pickup from your location and the additional delivery charges for sending the new product back to you.

Our team will initiate the reverse pickup and send you the new product promptly. Refund of COD orders will be done in form Original Payment method and we would want our beloved cutomer to take video while receiving the product.


• In case of COD/ Online payment return, once we have received the products and our internal quality check has been carried out, the product amount will be credited back in form of Store Credits/Bank Account. Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable. 

• If you have to return or exchange anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted for this. • Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.

• Any additional charges like Gift wrapping, COD charges, Additional shipping charges, will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.

• To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we may also refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.

 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We don't deduct any amount for cancellation if product hasn't been shipped and it will be credited back to original payment method.
